The price you see is the price you pay. There is no additional amount to add at checkout, and no separate service fee arriving later.

Essential Guidance — $3,550

Covers one person · +$350 per additional dependent

For people who want a clear plan and expert groundwork, and are comfortable handling the in‑person steps themselves.

  • Personalized relocation plan — an introductory call, a structured requirements questionnaire, and a written plan with phases, timings, and deliverables
  • Paperwork guidance — a detailed, current guide to every procedure your situation requires
  • Neighborhood orientation — a guide to Madrid's areas, matched to your profile
  • School guidance — an overview of the Spanish school system and the options most sought by international families
  • Home search shortlist — up to 30 property proposals, coordination of 5 viewings, up to 2 negotiations, and lease review
  • Settling‑in essentials — 3 procedures from our administrative list, managed for you (town hall registration, health card, bank account, insurance, utilities and communications, transport card, digital certificate, driving‑school paperwork)
  • TIE appointment management

For people who want someone physically alongside them for the parts that go wrong when you're alone: viewings, appointments, and negotiations.

Everything in Essential Guidance, plus:

  • Visa pathway guidance and document preparation — identifying the right route among the Non‑Lucrative, Digital Nomad, Highly Qualified Professional, and Entrepreneur visas, and preparing a complete file. Formal filing is handled by an independent, authorized legal professional.
  • Full home search management — accompanied search, in person or by video call, with up to 6 viewings, prioritizing connectivity, commute, and proximity to coworking or your workplace. Includes utilities activation.
  • Accompanied settling‑in — 3 procedures from the administrative list, with someone beside you rather than instructions in your inbox
  • Accompanied TIE appointment
  • Partner support and cultural integration — one dedicated session for the partner relocating with you, covering networking, social integration, and adapting to daily life in Spain

For families and executives who want the entire move handled, including the parts most agencies treat as somebody else's problem.

Everything in Full Relocation Support, plus:

  • Complete settling‑in — every procedure on the administrative list, all with accompaniment
  • Driver's license exchange — coordinated through an accredited independent professional

Third‑party costs for pet transport, furniture, insurance premiums, renovation work, and similar services are quoted individually based on your requirements. Our coordination of them is included.

What's not in the price

We'd rather you know now than discover it later. Package prices cover our work: planning, searching, negotiating, coordinating, accompanying, and staying with you throughout. They do not cover third‑party costs, which you pay directly to the provider:

  • Government fees for visas, residence cards, and official documents
  • Rent, deposits, and any agency fees charged by a landlord or letting agency
  • School tuition, registration, and enrollment fees
  • Insurance premiums
  • The international moving service itself, which is contracted and invoiced directly between you and the moving company
  • Legal fees where an independent legal professional is required for a formal filing

We tell you what each of these is likely to cost for your specific situation during the planning phase, so your budget is built on real numbers rather than optimistic ones.

Pricing Questions

How much does it cost to move to Spain from the US?

Our services range from $3,550 to $8,250 depending on the level of support. Beyond that, budget for government fees, rental deposits, school fees if applicable, insurance, and shipping. On the Discovery Call we build a realistic total figure for your specific situation, not a generic estimate.

Why do you publish your prices when most agencies don't?

Because you're making a decision worth thousands of dollars and several months of your life, and comparing options is a reasonable thing to want to do before speaking to a salesperson. Hidden pricing is friction, not exclusivity.

What counts as a dependent?

Any additional person relocating with you — spouse, partner, or child. Essential Guidance and Full Relocation Support cover one person, with a supplement per additional dependent. Premium Concierge Relocation covers two people, with a supplement from the third person onward.

Can I upgrade partway through?

Yes. Clients quite often start with Essential Guidance and move up once the process becomes real. You pay the difference, not the full higher package.

How and when do I pay?

Payment terms, including any deposit and the schedule for the balance, are set out in your written proposal and in our Terms of Service before you commit to anything.
