After years of helping families and professionals navigate the complexities of moving to Spain, we saw a clear need for a service that goes beyond logistics. Today, we support clients from around the world — especially from the United States — who want a structured, trustworthy partner to help them settle into their new life in Spain.
Meet Saskia G. Lipiani, Founder of SAS Relocations
With over 20 years of experience in the service sector, Saskia has built her career around a simple idea: professionalism and genuine care aren't opposites — they're the same thing, done well. Her background includes organizing incentive trips, corporate events, and bespoke programs for large international companies, which gave her a close, practical understanding of what people actually need when they're navigating a new country, a new routine, and a new sense of home — both professionally and personally.
That understanding led her into relocation itself. For years, Saskia worked as an independent relocation specialist, carrying out the on‑the‑ground work — home search, school search, paperwork, settling‑in — for clients who had contracted with international relocation agencies. The agencies held the client relationship; Saskia delivered the actual experience, case by case. Over that time, she has personally guided more than 750 clients through their move to Spain.
Today, that same hands‑on, structured approach is at the heart of SAS Relocations: needs are analyzed carefully, every step is negotiated and planned with precision, and nothing is left to guesswork. Saskia's calm, steady presence puts clients at ease from the first conversation — often exactly what someone moving across an ocean needs most — with particular depth supporting Americans relocating from the United States, including a growing number from Florida. Fluent in Spanish (native), English, and German, with conversational French, she moves easily between cultures — a natural fit for the international families and companies she works with.
