We're based in Madrid, six hours ahead of Miami. If you write in the evening Florida time, you'll usually have a reply waiting when you wake up.
About WhatsApp
We use WhatsApp for general questions. Please don't send personal or sensitive documents through it — passports, payslips, medical reports, or information about your children. When we need documents from you, we'll give you access to a secure folder instead.
If something sensitive does come through, we'll move it there and delete it from our device. Messages stay on your own phone and in WhatsApp's systems, so we can only delete what's in ours.
What happens after you contact us
- We reply within 24 hours. Usually the same business day, with a real answer rather than an automated acknowledgment.
- We agree on a time that works in Florida. We'll propose slots in your time zone — you won't have to calculate the six-hour difference.
- We talk for twenty minutes. About your timeline, your situation, and what's genuinely worrying you. You'll leave with a clearer picture whether or not you work with us.
- If it's a fit, you get a written plan. Phases, timings, deliverables, and price, in a document you can read at your own pace. No pressure to decide on the call.
We work with a limited number of clients at a time. If our calendar is full for your target month, we'll tell you on the first call rather than after you've committed.
